The following car
families ask for by name.

A 2018 Rolls-Royce Ghost, black on black, available to funeral directors across Glasgow and central Scotland — chauffeur-driven per funeral, or self-drive on your own fleet by the day, week or month. Trade rates on request; the longer you take it, the lower they go.

Two ways to work with us · 01

Chauffeur-driven, or take the car onto your own fleet

Some directors want us to turn up, drive, and disappear. Others would rather have the Ghost sitting in their own yard for a week, driven by their own people under their own insurance. We do both.

A

Chauffeur-driven, per funeral

We meet the family at the house or chapel of rest, follow the hearse to the church or crematorium, on to the graveside and the reception. Our chauffeur, our insurance, one fixed trade price on your invoice.

B

Self-drive hire, by the day

The car delivered to your premises the evening before, collected after. Your driver, your fleet insurance. Ideal for the family who has asked for something more than the standard limousine.

C

By the week or the month

Keep it. A week or a month on your fleet at a rate that comes down the longer you take it — or take it for the year on the 12-month lease and put it on your price list as a standing option.

Put a Rolls-Royce on your fleet
for a year.

One car, one funeral home, twelve months. A fixed monthly figure that covers everything except your insurance, and a lease cost that may be set against your company's profits.

12-Month Rolls-Royce Lease
£2,950per month
Total price · no VAT added

Fully inclusive apart from insurance. The funeral home arranges and pays for appropriate commercial insurance; everything else — the car, delivery, servicing, valeting on handover — is in the figure. £35,400 for the year, paid monthly. One month's deposit (£2,950) is required at signing.

How this works: the funeral home still pays £2,950 every month. The benefit comes through a potentially lower Corporation Tax bill at the year end, because the lease is a business cost — it is not HMRC refunding the lease payments.

Worked example

Break-even at four funerals a month.

If you offered the Rolls-Royce to families at £795 — and you set your own price — the fourth upgrade of the month covers the lease. Everything after that is margin. For a firm conducting fifteen or twenty funerals a month, that is one family in four or five choosing something better than the standard limousine.

£2,950 ÷ £795 = 3.7Rolls-Royce upgrades needed per month to cover the lease
Upgrades sold per monthRevenue at £795LeaseMargin*
4£3,180£2,950+£230break-even
8£6,360£2,950+£3,410
12£9,540£2,950+£6,590

Set against what you already send: a standard following limousine is typically £150–£200 to the family, so a Rolls-Royce at £795 is roughly £600 of additional revenue per funeral over the car you would have used anyway.

How it works · 03

Straightforward, and in writing

01
Written hire agreement

Dates, rate, mileage allowance, condition report on handover and return. Nothing verbal.

02
Your insurance, your drivers

For day, week, month or 12-month hire the vehicle goes on your own fleet or motor-trade policy, and your own staff drive it. We will need to see the cover note before handover; the car is valued at the top end of the Ghost range.

03
Delivered and collected

Within central Scotland we bring the car to you and take it away, valeted, at the end of the hire.

04
Priority on the date

Trade bookings are confirmed first. If a family enquires direct for a date you have provisionally held, you keep it.

05
Account billing and deposits

Monthly invoice for regular work. Deposit on the first hire only for day, week and month bookings; one month's deposit for the 12-month lease.
